Brandywine Flowers has been serving Wilmington and the surrounding areas with the highest quality of fresh flowers, silks, tropical plants, balloon bouquets and fruit & gourmet baskets since 1960. The newly designed building & showroom with high ceilings, large windows and solid oak beams illustrates contemporary architecture while our state of the art computer system allows orders to be processed expeditiously and streamlines their production. This produces a positive working environment. Our present building was built on portions of a previous foundation of an old house. We've restored a 100 year old water well, raising it into one corner of our showroom for display...it's worth a "look-see!" The 2nd generation has been aboard for twenty of the past 47 years, thus enabling the business towards smooth transitions and continuity during periods of merging new ideas with proven methods of management & production. |
